Chevelle to Headline Meltdown
Multi-million selling rockers Chevelle will headline the Z98 Chopper’s Meltdown at the Tyson Events Center on Friday, February 26. The rock show will also feature Puddle of Mudd, Sick Puppies and Janus. The concert promises to be a great start to the new decade for rock fans. Sioux City rock station Z98 is offering a special one day ticket price of $19.98 on Saturday, January 16. After the special, general admission tickets will be $28.50 in advance and $30.00 day of show.

Chevelle is an American rock trio formed in Illinois in 1995. Originally made up of three brothers, the band’s current lineup consists of brothers Pete and Sam Loeffler and brother-in-law Dean Bernardini. The band’s latest CD, ‘Sci-Fi Crimes’ peaked at #3 on Billboard rock charts in 2009. This is the fifth effort for Chevelle and the highest entry on the charts. The first single ‘Jars’ climbed all the way to #2 in October of 2009. The Tyson Events Center performance is part of a nationwide tour in support of the new CD.
